Loft ladders can be bought for reasonable prices all year round. But there are also plenty of sales on at various times – and the good news is that this brings down the prices even further. It is certainly handy if you are looking for a bargain.
But how much can you save? Is it worth looking round all the websites you can to see how much money you can reduce your purchase by?
We did some research on this topic recently and we found some websites that were selling loft ladders at reduced prices. One professional quality loft ladder made from metal and constructed in three sections was available at a discount of 29%. This is a considerable saving and it brought down the price to under a hundred pounds, when the original price was over £130.
Another loft ladder on the same site was available for over £60 originally. A discount of 28% in the sale left the price at less than £50. As you can see it is worth shopping around because many websites do offer some good deals on loft ladders that could save you a lot of money.
These two deals also included VAT and the delivery charge, so you didn’t even have to build in the price for these either. This made it even more worthwhile to go for a good deal.
Research is always going to turn up the best deals you can find. For instance you can type in something like ‘loft ladders sale’ when you reach the Google home page. This will return all kinds of results and you can usually specify that you want shopping results as well, rather than all the results it comes back with.
The whole point of the exercise is to keep down the cost of buying a new loft ladder. It might be a good purchase but why pay more than you have to? Even if you don’t get discounts of nearly thirty per cent off the purchase, you might still save ten per cent or something similar.
You will also usually find better deals by shopping online anyway, particularly if you look at the specialist websites that don’t have real bricks and mortar shops. With fewer overheads it means you will get cheaper prices even before the discounts come into play.
So where will you buy your bargain loft ladder from?
